• Your order will be delivered in 3 to 7 business days.
• Proper unboxing video is required for any kind of return or replacement.
• We request the customers to open the parcel only after the start of the video.
• If there is any damage in the product kindly MENTION IT IN THE VIDEO ITSELF.
• We have a replacement policy if any damage or defects are found in the product. Kindly note that the damage or defect should be shown in the UNBOXING video itself without a cut or pause.
• Unboxing video is mandatory for returns and replacements. Without a proper unboxing video, the return will not be accepted.
• Please ensure if your area is serviceable for any Delivery Courier.
• No product is subjected to warranty or guarantee.
• We don't have a refund policy.
• Once the order is placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Kindly co-operate.
